According to a post shared by a facebook user, this old woman was caught while she was scampering for used sanitary pads and pampers in a refuse dump.
And when the bags she was carrying were checked, loads of used pampers and sanitary pads were found in them .
When asked the reason for targeting this items, the woman was unable to give a reason for collecting them and what she does with them.

The items were then retrieved from her and burnt. she was then chased out of the area and warned never to return.
