Fleeing KSU student who killed colleague on his birthday captured by police

The 100 level student of Kogi State University(KSU), Yusuf aka santa, who stabbed a 300-level student identified as Ali Shariff to death on his birthday has been captured by the police after days of fleeing.

Santa reportedly stabbed sharrif in the neck with a broken bottle on Wednesday evening while he was trying to separate a fight between Santa and another guy.

Shariif was then rushed to good shepherd hospital were he was pronounced dead on arrival, while yusuf fleed the area, and has been on the run untill he was nabbed yesterday by the police.

He has been taken into police custody as he awaits trial for murder.
