Three men have been sentenced to a combined 61 years in prison after been found guilty of the murder of Harry Uzoka, 25, a young Nigerian model, who was murdered in cold blood over a girl feud in the London, U.K.
Uzoka was stabbed in the heart by a fellow model, George Koh, in January after an Instagram. war turned real war.
The fight reportedly started when Mr koh, who was said to be envious of Ozoka, a fellow model, took to Instagram to call him out, describing him as “a fake on Instagram” and that he has slept with his girlfriend Ruby Campbell, also a model. It was then uzoka set a fight between them in Shepherd’s bush, west London were he was stabbed in the heart by Koh.
The suspect then submitted his self to the police after failed attempts to wipe of his IG account and change his phone number, he told the police that he stabbed uzoka in self defense.(Read full story here).
Koh and his accomplices arraigned before the old bailey and were given life sentence.
Koh was given a life sentence with a minimum of 25 years.
His accomplice Merse Dikanda, was also found guilty of murder and jailed for at least 22 years, and Jonathan Okigbo was given a 14-year sentence for manslaughter.
