Nigerian coach faints after receiving heavy blow from player during match

There was light drama during an NNL lower division match today after a coach, Agoye Edith Olumide, collapsed following a heavy blow from a player.

The incident reportedly occured during a match between shooting stars and Akwa starlets when starlets goal keeper franklin akwari, punched the shooting stars coach in the head following an argument after a goalless draw.

The coach fainted on the spot but was later resuticated by medics and other persons around.

He was then rushed to the hospital for further check up

The player is expected to be sanctioned soon.

It was also gathered that referee who officiated the match was midly brutalized by the players over the way he officiated the match.
