Thunder strikes 5 persons to their death in crossriver (Graphic)

A heavy thunder strike has reportedly ended the lives of 5 persons in cross river yesterday, october 16, following a heavy rain in the area.

The sad incident reportedly occured at utanga market in Obalinku LGA of crossriver and has thrown residents into a state worry.

Photos of the incident which also featured a tree been affected by the thunder strike, was shared by a town member, vincent, on facebook.

Casualties of the strike include, two men, a woman and two children.
