Super eagles star Kelechi Iheanacho is on the verge of an unwanted personal record if he fails to get minutes in Leicester City’s next set of games or find the back of the net if he does.
The forward missed out of a chance to make his first AFCON appearance when he was dropped by Super Eagles head Coach Gernot Rohr from the last edition in Egypt.
He however picked up minutes during Leicester city pre season games but head coach Bredan Rodgers is yet to give him minutes in all competitions.

Hence, if he fails to appear and score in either of City’s next two fixtures, the Nigerian will have gone a whole year without netting a competitive goal.
The youngster’s last competitive goal came in September 22, 2018.
