The Federal High court Abuja has threatened the director-general of the department of State Services with jail time if he does not comply with the order to release Sahara Reporters publisher, Omoyele Sowore.
The message was conveyed via a “notice of disobedience to order of court” issued by the court on Thursday and addressed to the DSS DG, Yusuf Bichi.
This is coming after the security operatives have kept Sowore in custody despite meeting his bail conditions, as set by Justice Taiwo Taiwo, 24 hours before.
