Nigerian boxer israel Adesanya retains middleweight title

Nigerian boxer isreal Adesanya, is still the UFC middleweight champion after defeating Cuban boxer, Yoel Romero in unanimous decision.

“The Last Stylebender ” fought smart, but didn’t win any fans in out-pointing the explosive Cuban over five dour rounds.

Following the victory Adesanya said:

“I did what I had to do, I capitalised on his weakness and you can see him (Romero) limping his leg.”

Romero on his own view queried Adesanya boring tactics and said it would have been better he didn’t come out to fight.
