The Nigeria Center for Disease Control has announced that 117 new persons have tested positive to Coronavirus (COVID-19) in the country.

This brings the total number of people confirmed to 782 with the highest number from Lagos state followed by FCT Abuja.

The testing has reportedly been ramped up, hence the drastic increase in numbers with Nigeria crossing the 100 mark in a day.
