Prohibition on Church and mosque gatherings relaxed by FG

The Federal Government has announced that religious gatherings are no longer restricted as was stated previously.

The restrictions had been placed to curb the spread of the COVID-19 disease through social distancing measures.

The Chairman of the Presidential Task Force on COVID-19, Boss Mustapha, made this known during the daily briefing of the panel on Monday.

Mustapha, who is also the Secretary to Government of the Federation, said the ban on inter-state travel is still in place.
