Nigeria has broken a record of most COVID-19 cases in day as Lagos, Abuja and Plateau lead in number of infections.
According to the NCDC figures Lagos continues to be ahead of the pack and recorded 279 cases just yesterday.
This is coming after the organization has warned that there would be a spike in the cases following the endsars protests amongst other large gathering.
Meanwhile, Nigeria’s set to receive over 20 million doses of the newly approved Pfizer vaccine in 2021.
