3rd fire outbreak in 48 hours claims 3 lives in Anambra state [photos]

The 3rd fire incident to occur in Anambra state in a space of 48 hours has left 3 people dead in the aftermath of the inferno.

The incident occurred around 3a.m at a beer parkour called Padded Joint at Akwudo, Otolo, Nnewi and lead to the death of 3 female workers who had been sleeping in the building.

The owner practicing her regular routine, had locked the beer parlour where the three girls slept and left for her house with the keys, only for the fire to start in the early hours of Friday.

The source of the fire is yet to be ascertained but the corpses of the deceased have been deposited at the Nnewi Diocesan Hospital by the police.

Recall, the first two fires had been as a result of petrol tankers getting derailed with Ochanja marked getting burnt and goods lost.
