Terrorists behead kidnapped Oyo teacher

A teacher identified as Michael Oyedokun, who was abducted during an attack on a secondary school in Oyo State has reportedly been killed by his captors.

The victim was among those kidnapped after armed men stormed Community High School, Ahoro-Esinele in Oriire Local Government Area on Friday, May 15.

The assailants reportedly seized the school principal, several teachers and some students during the invasion.

The incident came weeks after an attempted abduction along the Ibadan-Ijebu road that reportedly claimed the life of a traveler, further deepening fears over worsening insecurity in parts of the state.
