Tragedy strikes as FRSC car chase ends in death(photos)

Tragedy struck this morning, when a car chase of a commercial bus driver by Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) officials ended in the death of the driver and his passengers.

The incident occurred in Moniya area of Ibadan, Oyo State.

The FRSC officials had reportedly embarked on the chase when the commercial bus driver refused to stop even after he was directed to do so. 

Eyewitnesses were said to have cornered and flogged the officials before they were rescued by security operatives.

The casuality figure as at the time of this report was 7(one driver and 6 passergers).
