President Muhammdu Buhari has been spotted being booed by the residents of Maiduguri, Buhari while he went to visit the state.

The president had gone to sympathize with the state about the recent killings in carried out by insurgents.

He was booed on Wednesday by residents as he arrived in the city with them awaiting him.

The residents of the metropolis, who came out early, lined up on both sides of the road along the airport way, expressed their disapproval by booing Buhari’s convoy, shouting in Hausa, ‘Ba ma so’ roughly means: ‘we don’t like it.’

They were apparently referring to his visit. Buhari had landed in Maiduguri, the Borno State capital, from Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
