Lady calls out FCMB staff who kept customers waiting on queue to buy clothes [photos]

A disgruntled customer of the first city monument bank, FCMB, has alongside others called out a staff of the bank  for keeping herself and others waiting while buying fabrics.

The Twitter user identified as @friddah called out the staff for what she deemed unprofessional and insensitive of a professional.

The tweet has generated numerous comments and replies with others sharing their experiences and opinions about the occurrence.

Fridah did not however reveal if she eventually accomplished her mission to the bank after the staff’s purchases.

She wrote:

Sorry but, is this appropriate? Went to the bank to fix my card and the woman made two other people and myself wait at most 30 minutes while she purchased fabrics. @MyFCMB
