Emphasizing the importance of upholding due process and fairness, Wakili stressed the need for a thorough investigation into the allegations of budget padding totaling N3 trillion before drawing any conclusions.
In a statement released personally in Kaduna on Wednesday, Wakili condemned the rushed suspension of Senator Ningi, cautioning against potential suspicions that the Senate is attempting to conceal wrongdoing without proper inquiry.
