A devastating oil tanker explosion at Dikko Junction on the Abuja-Kaduna expressway in Niger State has claimed the lives of over 100 people, leaving many others with severe burns.
The tragedy occurred on Saturday when residents attempted to scoop fuel from a Premium Motor Spirit (PMS)-laden tanker following an accident.
Governor Umaru Bago expressed his profound sorrow over the heartbreaking incident, describing it as worrisome and unfortunate.
