Alex Iwobi opens Everton goal account in EFL Cup victory over Lincoln City

Super Eagles forward Alex Iwobi got his
First goal for his new Club Everton Football Club in their win over Lincoln City in Carabao Cup on Wednesday.

Iwobi came on as a substitute and an instant impact heading everton in front late after conceding the first goal of the game.

Lincoln took the lead after just 21 seconds, before the Toffees fought back to lead thanks to a stunning free-kick from Lucas Digne and a Gylfi Sigurdsson penalty.

Head boss Marco silva was pleased with iwobi after a superb performance.

Everton will now turn their attention to the premier league clash with Wolverhampton Wanderers on Sunday
