Inter Milan defender Ashley Young, has taken to social media to send an emotional
message to Manchester United and their supporters following his move to Inter Milan.
The full-back joined Inter for a £1.28m fee on Friday, bringing an end to his nine-and-a-half year spell at United.
Posting on his Twitter account, Young said:

“To @ManUtd, you gave me the chance to play with legends, to win trophies, to work under the greatest manager in history and
to be your captain. Thank you for letting me be part of your story for eight and a half years.”
After Young left Harry Maguire was immediately named United’s new captain.
