Banker quits job to focus on ‘yahoo yahoo’

A banker has reportedly quit his day job to focus on Internet fraud popularly known as ‘yahoo yahoo’.

Twitter user, @Fube_ent, said the banker was a brother to one of his friends. According to him, the banker had become frustrated with life in Nigeria and decided to face ‘yahoo yahoo’ squarely.

He revealed that the banker had been earning 90,000 naira pet month but yet decided to take the decision to quit.

Nigerians have reacted to the news with some blaming the country for his choice while others were concerned as to why a person would quit a job to become a criminal.

So my friend’s brother working in one of the commercial banks in Ibadan had to resign. When asked why? He said he wants to face Yahoo Yahoo squarely. This is where we’ve finally found ourselves in Nigeria.
