A Chief Magistrate Court sitting in Abuja has summoned rapper Tochukwu Ojogwu, popularly known as Odumodublvck, over allegations of criminal intimidation against Olayinka Osagie Onobun, Head of A&R at Chocolate City Music.
In a summons dated November 3, 2025, Chief Magistrate Farida Ibrahim ordered Odumodublvck to appear before the court on November 6 to answer charges brought by Onobun, who accused the rapper of using threatening posts on X to intimidate him.
Recall that the rapper had made a post on X directed at Onobun about three days ago, writing:
“.@youcancallmeTEN
UNTIL YOU DO WHAT YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO DO YOU WILL NEVER KNOW PEACE MY GUY.
YOUR RECORD LABEL CAN CONTINUE TO THEEAD ON THE LINE OF OBLIVION AS THEY USE YOU AS AN INSTRUMENT OF EVIL THE WAY AQ USED YOUR FRIEND
DO NOT LET EGO KILL YOU
BE WISE.”
Onobun’s counsel, Pelumi Olajengbesi, urged the court to investigate and prosecute the rapper, stating that his actions violated Sections 396 and 397 of the Penal Code Act, which address criminal intimidation.
The case follows recent tensions between Odumodublvck and members of Chocolate City, including a public spat with Blaqbonez’s manager, Morin Oluwatobi.
