Nigerian music star Davido and celebrity nightlife entrepreneur Cubana Chief Priest have met with French President Emmanuel Macron during a visit to France.
Cubana Chief Priest, whose real name is Pascal Okechukwu, shared a video from the encounter on Instagram, expressing gratitude to Davido for facilitating the connection. “Presidency na water,” he wrote, hinting at his excitement about expanding his restaurant brand to France which the singer seemed to encourage while speaking with ten president.
Davido, on his part, shared his own post from the meeting, writing: “It was an honor meeting @EmmanuelMacron and sharing our visions for a better world.”
The Afrobeats star also introduced his wife, Chioma Adeleke, to President Macron via a video call, while Cubana Chief Priest was seen interacting with France’s First Lady, Brigitte Macron.
