This video which was shared online by a facebook user, Pharez Okpere, shows the appalling state of one Aruosa Primary school benin city, Edo state.
In the video pupils were seeing been drenched by rain in the classroom which had no roof and barely any structure to boast of.
Individuals have questioned the ‘good works’ which the government claims to have made in improving the education standard in the state, and are still shocked as to why such deploring state of infastructure can still be found especially in benin city the state capital.
