A lecturer in the University of Port Harcourt has defied the norm after he made use of a finger print scanner in taking class attendance of students.
The lecturer who had given a lecture at the Business Management Department of the school brought the biometric machine to class.
He could be heard saying in a video that students would no longer be able to sign on behalf of their friends with his new method.
The students on their part took turns to identify themselves via their fingerprints seemingly unable to help out absent friends.
