The daughter of the emir of Kano, Sanusi Lamido Sanusi, Khadijah Sanusi has reacted after a picture of her giving the Vice President, Yemi Osinbajo, a handshake.

Some Nigerian Muslims reacted to the picture claiming that what she had done was a Haram ie something forbidden.

They had apparently discussed the handshake in group chats pondering on her chances of getting into heaven.

Khadijah responded by saying that their opinions did not matter and said that her critics were the ones liable of not going to heaven.

She wrote:

A random person posted a picture of me and people are insulting me in the replies because I’m shaking the hands of the vp. Someone even said his whatsapp group was arguing over it/me. I honestly can’t imagine dedicating so much time to judging anyone. I wanna go to heaven, please

Imagine not making it to heaven because you spent more time on earth gossiping about people than praying/fasting/remembering God.
