A host of premier league clubs including Everton and Chelsea are keeping tabs on one-cap Nigeria international Josh Maja, according to reports emanating from the French Football.
Reports understands Everton check on the former Sunderland starlet during Bordeaux’s 1-0 loss to Strasbourg on December 15 and added that other unnamed Premier League clubs are watching the striker.
Maja is the only Nigerian player in Europe Top five league to net a hat-trick, achieving the feat in Bordeaux’s 6-0 rout of Nîmes Olympique on December 3

The Bordeaux attacker also shares the same agent as Everton’s Alex Iwobi means a deal might be closer.
Overall, he has tallied 24 goals in 73 matches since turning professional and has produced four assists.
