The Governor of kaduna state, Nasir El-Rufai was spotted in a viral video controlling traffic along a major road within the state
From the video which have soon gone viral, the Governor could be seen directing vehicles that were trapped in the traffic jam along the Kaduna-Zaria express road
The viral video has since attracted numerous comments including praises
