Well he has been released from police custody and he is now becoming an Instagram celebrity as his fans keep rising by the second.
James Brown was arrested alongside, 57 other men on alleged homosexual accusations, after they were caught together in a hotel room having an ‘all boys’ party.

He would go on to trend in a video of his arrest parade where he was famously heard saying;
“did threy caught me in any act??, they did not caught me! there was no caught”
