Bishop David Abioye, Founder of the Conquerors Global Assembly, has shared how his wife’s alleged HIV diagnosis was miraculously reversed through divine intervention and scriptural revelation.
He revealed this during a Sunday sermon focused on healing and wellbeing, where he spoke about the power of faith in confronting sickness.
“During COVID-19 they said my wife had HIV, I said no. Not in this body,” Bishop Abioye told the congregation.
He explained that his conviction was rooted in scripture, quoting, “the prince of this world came to check me and they have found nothing.”
According to him, that revelation strengthened his faith to reject the diagnosis and request a fresh test.
“By the time they checked her… they couldn’t find anything there,” he said, attributing the healing to the word of God.
Bishop Abioye emphasized that healing requires bold faith and spiritual force, not a gentle approach.
“Healing is not for gentlemen; you don’t nurse sickness to go, you fight sickness to go,” he stated.
He compared the need for decisive faith to Nigeria’s security situation, saying that just as authorities allegedly negotiate with bandits instead of confronting them, many people treat sickness too softly rather than resisting it with spiritual authority.
