Regina Daniels has replied to her co-wife, Laila Charani, after a series of allegations accusing her of introducing drugs and engaging in inappropriate relationships within their household.
The actress said she does not see anything shameful same sex relationships and accused Laila of making disrespectful statements influenced by their husband, Senator Ned Nwoko.
She wrote that it was wrong for Laila to claim she could not be trusted around children.
“First off! Openly saying you can’t leave kids around me is the most useless and hurtful thing Ned ordered his retarded wife to say. I’m such a mother to so many children that it’s quite tiring.”
Addressing the accusation that she slept with several women, Regina said she did not consider same-gender relations a source of shame.
“Truthfully, sleeping with same gender isn’t a thing that I consider shameful. But how is the other woman so certain? Is she so certain because I slept with her too?”
Regina also spoke about Laila’s son, suggesting that there had been troubling incidents involving him, though she chose not to disclose details.
“I hope she also knows that if not for polygamy disadvantages, her son and mine can’t be together because of all the atrocities we have caught him doing that I will never mention. But my son loves him, so what can I do!”
She called on their husband to protect her children and not use them against her.
“Ned better protect my kids. Their foundation is the ultimate and do not use them to weaken me.”
Regina’s comments come hours after Laila accused her of introducing drugs to the family and influencing domestic staff.
