Nollywood actress Regina Daniels has sparked concern after an emotional outburst on social media, suggesting she may return to her estranged husband, billionaire politician Ned Nwoko, in a desperate bid to secure her brother’s release.
In a lengthy Instagram post seen by Dockaysworld, Regina expressed deep frustration over the continued detention of her brother, @sir.sammywest, alleging that he was arrested for defending her from domestic abuse.
“I give up! What was my brother’s offense? Fighting for his baby sister because his in-law would always beat her up? I actually accorded the Nigerian police some respect but shame on you all! It’s obvious the highest bidder always wins,” she wrote.
The actress lamented that she now feels “crippled,” saying she might have no choice but to return to Ned Nwoko and comply with his demands. “I will return if that’s the only way, do whatever he says, get injected to be like a zombie, get locked up and raped in the house. Only then will my brother return,” she added.
Regina also claimed there was “no tangible case” against her brother, accusing the authorities of bias.
“Ned Nwoko is bigger than the whole of Nigeria, that’s what this means. We lost, or rather, I lost,” she wrote.
The actress later shared another post clarifying that she had never flaunted her sadness, admitting that she endured abuse silently because she was worried about the public mockery she now faces.
She also shared chats with her mom which indicated that she may be getting arrested soon as her son already was.
Recall, Regina accused Ned of getting her brother arrested with the ultimatum that she return to him. Her brother Sammy was spotted yesterday at the courts but will allegedly spend more time in prison due to bail complications.
