If you’re not Government approved you cannot bear ‘Royal Highness’ – Governor Wike embarrasses traditional rulers at an event as he proposes new law [video]

The Governor of Rivers state, Nyesom Wike, has shocked a couple of traditional rulers after he proposed a law that none of them would be able to refer to themselves as ‘royal highness’ unless his Government recognized them.

This he said, was in a bid to preserve the institutions while adding that it wasn’t to Favour anybody. 

He had taken it a step further when he singled out a particular traditional ruler at the event and referred to him as a ‘small boy’ who’d got a position that was bigger than him.
