Multiple members of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) have been spotted in Japan as they await the arrival of President Buhari who is enroute to the country.
President Buhari is headed to Japan to attend the 7th Tokyo International Conference on African Development.
He had departed Abuja for Japan yesterday evening August 25th.

Recall, the leader of IPOB, Nnamdi Kanu had ordered the arrest and public disgrace of the president whom he claimed was an imposter.
This is coming after IPOB members did similar to Senator Ike Ekweremadu in Germany as they had beaten him at an event.
