Mavin Records boss, Don Jazzy, has revealed the staggering cost of breaking a new artiste into the Nigerian music industry.
Speaking on a podcast where he reflected on the evolution of the music business, the music mogul disclosed that it typically takes between $200,000 and $300,000 to successfully launch a Mavin artiste.
The host then converted the figure to naira, noting that it amounts to about N300 million to N450 million.
