The registrar of the examination body said that in all, 2,906 candidates scored above 300 as against the 4,683 that was recorded in 2018.
He further made it known that 57, 579 candidates that sat for the exam, scored between 250 and 299 which was also different from 64,120 that was recorded in 2018.

Meanwhile, it was previously gathered that the JAMB registrar during a media briefing in Abuja disclosed that the best candidate may not be admitted into his university of choice.

He said that Franklin’s age may serve as a hindrance for him to be admitted into the University of Lagos (UNILAG), which he chose as his first choice.
