The judge presiding over musician, Azeez Fashola AKA Naira Marley’s court case has adjourned it after the lawyers got into an argument over seats in the court room.
The trial which resumed today October 24th at Federal High Court was adjourned to the 11th and 12th December.
The lawyer representing the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), Rotimi Oyedepo and Naira Marley’s counsel, Olalekan Ojo, SAN, and two other senior lawyers, had caused a halt to proceedings as they began to quarrel over seats available in the court.

Justice Oweibo had tried to calm down the situation by appealing to the lawyers to be be make manage with the limited space in the courtroom. He had then adjourned the case immediately.
