A young lady identified as @pretty_ajiwun has celebrated her notable academic journey after graduating from Ekiti State University (EKSU) as the only student in her department from 100 to 400 level.
In a post shared on Instagram, the graduate revealed that she studied Environmental Management and Science and completed the four-year program entirely on her own, without a single coursemate.
She wrote:
“Signed out as the only student in my department from 100 to 400 level. I got admission into Ekiti State University in 2021. Little did I know that I’d be the only student. No course mate, just me alone! Wrote eight exams alone, nothing less than ten courses per semester. Attending classes alone, reading alone. But God did it. I signed out, guys.”
Her story has since gone viral online, with many Nigerians in awe of her journey so far as studying and leading in isolation can be draining. Ajiwun on her part continued to share her gratitude for her time in the university.
