The president of Madagascar Andry Rajoelina has reportedly fled the country less than a day after raising alarm that his government was being overthrown.
This is coming in the heels of Madagascar being embroiled in turmoil following weeks of youth led protests.
The president reportedly left on a French military plane after losing control of a key faction of the armed forces.
