A man has had barbed wires installed all over his verandah to prevent neighbors sitting around there during visits.
He had apparently taken such drastic measures due to frequent hanging around of his neighbors along his coveted verandah.
Twitter user, @ObiNkwoji shared the video of the highly secure verandah labeling it inhumanity and wondering if the neighbors ought to sue.
