Manchester United could welcome back Paul Pogba, Luke Shaw and Wan Bissaka for their clash with Liverpool at Old Trafford.
United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is desperate for the return of a core of his trusted players, with the Reds having endured their worst start to a league campaign for 30 years.
Solskjaer’s side are down in 12th place, 15 points behind leaders Liverpool, who boast a 100 per cent record and who can pile the pressure on the beleaguered United boss by
continuing their winning run at the weekend.
Liverpool meanwhile have also received some good news with Goal keeper Allison Becker and Foward Mohammed Salah expected to be available.
Alisson has been undergoing intense fitness sessions over the international break as he closes in on a first start in over two months.
The duo are now more than likely to start aganist United as the reds look to banish their old Trafford hoodoo.
