Man Utd fans fume at “worst football ever witnessed” against Newcastle as pressure mounts on Ole Gunnar

Manchester United fans have taken to Twitter to vent their frustration at what has been described as “the worst football they have ever witnessed” following their defeat at Newcastle.

The post was accompanied by a picture of Red Devils boss Solskjaer on the touchline.

But if the tweet was designed to encourage the fans to back United, it had the opposite affect as supporters used the post as a platform to vent their frustration.

“We have been in search of a breakthrough since Sir Alex Ferguson left,” tweeted one fan, while another added: “Next 70 plus minutes we will be doing the same. Man Utd fans fume at "worst football ever witnessed" against Newcastle as pressure mounts on Ole Gunnar

Matty Longstaff piled more pressure on Ole Gunnar Solskjaer as Manchester United suffered yet more misery on the road.
