Popular Instagram celebrity Ismaila Mustapha A.K.A Mompha has regained his freedom after meeting his bail conditions.
Recall that Mompha was arrested by operatives of EFCC at Nnamdi Azikiwe Airport anambra state Nigeria and was found guilty of 33billion naira fraud.
The Dubai based business man was however granted 100 million naira bail which he has finally fulfilled and hence regained his freedom.

Mompha in jail however had fined a N5million Naira lawsuit against the EFCC for unlawful detention. The instagram big boy instituted a fundamental rights enforcement suit before a High Court of Lagos State, against the agency.
Mompha, in the suit filed by his lawyers, who include: Mr Gboyega Oyewole (SAN), Ademola Adefolaju, Kolawole Salami and four others, demanded the sum of N5 million as damages from the EFCC.
