Nigerian Rapper, Azeez Adeshina Fashola popularly known as Naira Marley has arrived the Federal High Court In Ikoyi to stand trial over the 11 count charges leveled against him by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).
The rapper who was arrested on the 10th of May in connection with advance fee fraud popularly referred to as ‘yahoo yahoo’, was scheduled to appear before the high court in ikoyi today, and if found guilty, risks a seven year jail sentence.
According to reports from saharareporters, the mother of the rapper burst into tears after seeing her son looking subdued as he arrived the court fro his trial.
