Nigerian Law School student Ayomiposi Ojajuni dies by suicide after being barred from taking Bar exam


A Nigerian Law School student, Ayomiposi Ojajuni, has died by suicide after he was reportedly prevented from sitting for the bar finaal examinations at the Yola Campus.

Accoridng to reports Ojajuni, a graduate of Olabisi Onabanjo University, became distressed on Saturday, December 6, after learning he had been barred from the professional exam, which began that morning.

He was reportedly disqualified from the exams as a measure of punishment after previous disciplinary infractions and warnings. 

He had ingested a harmful substance shortly after receiving the news.

Ojajuni was rushed to the Modibbo Adama University Teaching Hospital in Yola, where he died.
