A little girl at a graduation ceremony has spurred numerous reactions after she was spotted in full blown make up and fixed nails.
The little girl also had on some long lashes which was said to be inappropriate for her age.
Many have taken to blaming the mother of the child for allowing such manner of dressing and accessorizing to happen.
