OAU Professor of Pediatrics shot dead by Gunmen in Edo state

 

CMAC at the Obafemi Awolowo University Teaching Hospital (OAUTH) Prof. Jerome Elusiyan, was on Friday shot dead by unknown gunmen in Edo state.

Dockaysworld learnt that the late prof. Elusiyan was on an official assignment at Irrua Specialist teaching hospital Edo state, where he supervised the school Part lll MBBS pediatrics examinations.

The incident had occurred around Irekpuen area while Elusiyan was travelling back to ife.

The Public Relations Officer of OAUTH, Mrs. Kemi Fasoto, confirmed the incident to journalists on Saturday.
