Nigerian activist and former presidential aspirant, Omoloye Sowore and Sambo Dasuki have finally been released by the department of state security service (DSS).
This is coming after the federal government through the attorney General of the federation and Minister of Justice, Mr. Abubakar Malami (SAN)gave an order for the release of Sowore along side the release of Dasuki.
However, reports by Sahara Reporters claim that the secret police failed to return Sowore’s mobile phones apparently in an attempt to monitor his communication and deprive him of important contacts stored on the devices

Recall that sowore was attested August 3rd following a planned peaceful protest which was tagged RevolutionNow which the government however tagged to be treason.
Meanwhile former NSA, Sambo Dasuki has also been released after 4 years in custody.
