Chelsea star Eden Hazard will reportedly agree a deal to leave the club within the next few months.
The Chelsea man has long been linked with Real Madrid and is on the verge of finally making his dream move to the Bernabeu.
According to Marca, the two clubs and the player are close to reaching an agreement and he is set to travel to Madrid soon to seal the deal.

The Belgian was wanted by Los Blancos last summer but they withdrew their interest when Chelsea set a huge asking price.
Chelsea will still have hopes of keeping hold of their star man but Real Madrid have money to spend and seem to have their heart set on top target Hazard as they eye a summer rebuild.
