A Kenyan pastor has been spotted in a viral video flogging his members for allegedly missing church service.
The pastor identified as Paul Muwanguzi can be seen in the video below with a whip flogging his church members who where lying on the floor.
The video has soon gone viral and has attracted numerous comments on all social media platforms..
